As a Non-Profit
Organization serving the Orlando and Central Florida area, Miratell,
Inc., helps guide those in need through their Mortgage Discharge needs, as well as other of life's difficult situations.
 We
provide a program where the individual can own their
home free and clear without ever having to make
another mortgage payment.
We
help to stop foreclosures, illegal sale of mortgaged
family homes, stop short sale as well as credit
discharge. This is not a loan modification, not a
bankruptcy, not loss mediation, not a reverse
mortgage. This is a life changing program for those
with a mortgage, whether it is up-to-date or not.
As a
function of the For-Profit Assistance Division of
Miratell,
which helps fund our Non-Profit Services, our
Mortgage Discharge Services are provided for a small fee.
