As a Non-Profit
Organization serving the Orlando and Central Florida area, Miratell,
Inc., helps counsel and assist individuals in Criminal Record Sealing
and Expungement, as
well as addressing many of life's other difficult situations.
 Good
people sometimes make mistakes that may result in a
criminal record. This criminal record may prove to
be an obstacle in many areas of a person's life as
they pursue there dreams and goals.
The law allows for
certain types of criminal records to be sealed or
expunged, giving you the ability to ensure a
previous minor criminal conviction does not hinder
your ability to move forward with your life.
To seal or
expunge the individual's criminal record is another
service that
Miratell
provides.
It is
believed that everyone deserves a second chance,
unless the situation is against the good of society,
against social conscience or the crime is immoral or
reprehensible.
We can
consult you regarding if you are eligible to seek
criminal record sealing or expungement. If eligible,
we can counsel and assist you in the sealing and
expungement process.
As a
function of our Non-Profit Organization, our
